“Children are like wet cement whatever falls on them makes an impression.”  — Haim Ginott, child psychologist

This quote says so much!  Maybe if we think about children in this way we will be more responsible with what we say to them, teach them and what we do around them.

As children continue to learn, they continue to teach us about life.  They have an unfiltered view and perception of the world around them.  Their unbiased opinions are fabulous and will enlighten any listener.

This is so very true.  Playing with children is fantastic.  It will bring you a very different perspective of things.  It will remind you to find fun in the things you do.  It will make you laugh and just be happy.

  1. Hi Rebecca,
That first quote speaks so many volumes it perfectly describes how children receive information and how that has an effect on their future.

    1. Hi Rebecca,
Reading your first quote remind me of how working with children and thinking that we are teaching them, but in reality they are teaching us by showing us how to love, share, and care for others. Children laugh, have fun, they don't take things so seriously, and they take risk all things in which adults are afraid of.

    2. Hi Rebecca,
I apologize my response is in reference of the second quote instead of first one.
